JLG Tapped by IPX as its Exclusive Agency for North America

JLG has been appointed by IPX Corporation (F.K.A LINE FRIENDS) as its exclusive licensing agency for the United States and Canada for its BT21, LINE FRIENDS and minini IPs. Under this partnership, JLG will lead the expansion and strategic development of licensing programs for IPX’s globally recognized character brands across North America.

Developed in collaboration with global boy band BTS, BT21 has built a dynamic presence across fashion and beauty, and beyond through high-profile collaborations with brands such as Converse, Dr. Marten, Anti Social Social Club, Uniqlo, Bershka, and Kitsch.

Originating as emoji stickers on the LINE messaging app, LINE FRIENDS has evolved into a beloved lifestyle brand capturing the hearts of young adults around the world. The brand operates three immersive U.S. flagship retail locations in New York City and Los Angeles and maintains a multi-year strategic partnership with Miniso. LINE FRIENDS is kicking off its 15th Anniversary celebration that continues through 2027 with a series of exciting, limited-edition brand and entertainment mashups featuring the iconic and original character, BROWN. Prior LINE FRIENDS collaborations include Bang & Olufsen, Beats by Dr. Dre, Casetify, Kiehl’s, Nike, Starbucks, and Vans.

Rapidly gaining traction with Gen Z audiences worldwide, minini stands out for its “trivial cuteness,” unexpected charm, and bold wit. The sub-brand spans a growing range of plush, keychains, and coveted collectible merchandise.

Each IPX’s character IP has cultivated a passionate global fanbase through distinctive character storytelling, cultural relevance, and innovative brand collaborations. JLG will focus on unlocking new opportunities for these brands through high-impact partnerships, expanded retail presence, and innovative merchandise programs designed to engage today’s consumers.

Game Publisher Mindscape and Dav Pilkey extend global partnership to develop the next game in the Dog Man universe

Publisher Mindscape and Dav Pilkey have extended their partnership, building on the global success of the Dog Man: Mission Impawsible video game. The new game will revisit the Dog Man universe with a fresh, next-level experience designed to surprise and engage both returning fans and new players. Building on the strong foundation with the Dog Man community, the new game marks the next step in the popular Dog Man franchise.

Under the agreement, facilitated by The Joester Loria Group, exclusive global licensing agent for Dog Man, Mindscape has continued worldwide distribution rights for Dog Man video games, including both digital and physical releases.

The game will be a 2D side-scrolling platformer focusing on fun and challenging levels that feature the humor and characters loved by fans worldwide. With enhanced visuals and a boatload of new features, the game will be engaging, challenging, and surprising in more than one way. Featuring the return of one particular scummy villain, it will be an adventure for young and old alike!

The World of Eric Carle has teamed up with Dream Big Little Co. to bring Carle’s beloved stories to life through a new collection of apparel, sleepwear, and nursery essentials. The World of Eric Carle's global brand licensing program is managed by The Joester Loria Group. Born to License supported the partnership by guiding Dream Big Little Co. through licensing, creative approvals, and go-to-market execution.

Inspired by two of Eric Carle's most iconic books, The Very Hungry Caterpillar and Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See?, the collection features Carle's signature artwork reimagined across three distinctive prints. Each design captures the vibrant colors and playful spirit of the original illustrations translated seamlessly onto Dream Big Little Co.'s signature bamboo fabric.

The launch includes a thoughtful range of baby and toddler essentials designed for comfort and everyday wear. From sleepwear sets and rompers to dresses and pocket tees, the collection brings storybook magic into everyday life. The line also extends to nursery staples including crib sheets, changing pad covers, and bow clips.
