Toyota and Carrots by Anwar Carrots marked Earth Day 2025 with the launch of the Prius Nightshade Edition® x Carrots “Karashi” Collection—a limited capsule that brings sustainable streetwear fashion to the road. Released on Monday, April 22, the drop celebrates the vibrant new ‘Karashi’ yellow colorway of the Prius Nightshade Edition®, blending both brands’ eco-friendly lifestyle with Carrots’ signature environmentally-driven aesthetic. The Joester Loria Group, Toyota’s brand licensing agency, facilitated the collaboration, uniting Toyota’s automotive innovation with Carrots’ creativity.
The collection, available now at anwarcarrots.com, features sustainably made hoodies, graphic tees, trucker hats, and sweat shorts, some adorned with hand-drawn interpretations of a co-branded Karashi Prius Nightshade Edition x Carrots and . For Anwar, the project hit close to home. He and his wife began building the Carrots brand from the back of a Prius, turning a grassroots hustle into a cultural force. This capsule marks a full-circle moment—an homage to their journey. With the campaign’s motto, “Drive the Culture. Grow the Future,” the collaboration reflects both their origins and their forward vision.
To celebrate the launch, Toyota and Carrots are hosting a pop-up event on April 26 at Homebody626 in Alhambra, CA. Prius drivers can score a pop-up-exclusive tee, while local favorites Yama Sushi Marketplace and Crenshaw Juice Co. will be on-site with complimentary food and drinks for a celebration of community, creativity, and conscious living.
