JLG Tapped by IPX as its Exclusive Agency for North America

JLG has been appointed by IPX Corporation (F.K.A LINE FRIENDS) as its exclusive licensing agency for the United States and Canada for its BT21, LINE FRIENDS and minini IPs. Under this partnership, JLG will lead the expansion and strategic development of licensing programs for IPX’s globally recognized character brands across North America.

Developed in collaboration with global boy band BTS, BT21 has built a dynamic presence across fashion and beauty, and beyond through high-profile collaborations with brands such as Converse, Dr. Marten, Anti Social Social Club, Uniqlo, Bershka, and Kitsch.

Originating as emoji stickers on the LINE messaging app, LINE FRIENDS has evolved into a beloved lifestyle brand capturing the hearts of young adults around the world. The brand operates three immersive U.S. flagship retail locations in New York City and Los Angeles and maintains a multi-year strategic partnership with Miniso. LINE FRIENDS is kicking off its 15th Anniversary celebration that continues through 2027 with a series of exciting, limited-edition brand and entertainment mashups featuring the iconic and original character, BROWN. Prior LINE FRIENDS collaborations include Bang & Olufsen, Beats by Dr. Dre, Casetify, Kiehl’s, Nike, Starbucks, and Vans.

Rapidly gaining traction with Gen Z audiences worldwide, minini stands out for its “trivial cuteness,” unexpected charm, and bold wit. The sub-brand spans a growing range of plush, keychains, and coveted collectible merchandise.

Each IPX’s character IP has cultivated a passionate global fanbase through distinctive character storytelling, cultural relevance, and innovative brand collaborations. JLG will focus on unlocking new opportunities for these brands through high-impact partnerships, expanded retail presence, and innovative merchandise programs designed to engage today’s consumers.
