For fans of the McDonald’s and SNIPES brands, an exciting collaboration recently launched on November 20th, to celebrate McDonald’s Germany’s 50th birthday. The exclusive SNIPES x McDonald’s streetwear collection is now available at select SNIPES stores in Europe and online.
The retro-inspired 34-piece collection combines McDonald’s iconic colors and logos with the authentic street style aesthetic of SNIPES, one of the leading sneaker and streetwear retailers in the world. The limited-edition collection includes men’s, women’s and unisex apparel items with classic winter materials, such as flannel and plaid patterns, and accessories including co-branded beanies and Air Pod cases.
“In this collection, timeless retro-styles meet trending streetwear. In the design process we put focus on highlighting both brands’ iconic heritage,” says Matthias Schuebbe, Head of Marketing at SNIPES. “We are grateful for this partnership and are delighted to launch the McDonald’s streetwear collaboration for this autumn season.”
The collaboration designs and the corresponding campaign and tagline “Sauce it up!” were created by SNIPES, headquartered in Cologne. The marketing campaign will primarily run on SNIPES’ social media channels and through their international network of influencers. The brand licensing agreement between SNIPES and McDonald’s Germany was brokered by The Joester Loria Group, McDonald’s exclusive global brand licensing agency.
