The World of Eric Carle has partnered with Kiddy Art Museum to launch the "The Playful World of Eric Carle" themed pop-up mall event at The Bund Finance Center, in Shanghai, China. The event kicked off August 1st and will run through October 8th. The event is bringing some of Carle’s iconic books and characters to life through an immersive experience.
The Kiddy Art Museum at the Bund Finance Center has transformed nine of Eric Carle’s classic books into large-scale installations including: "The Very Hungry Caterpillar", a story about growing up; "10 Little Rubber Ducks", a story about courage and exploration; along with "Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See?", "From Head to Toe" and "Draw Me A Star". The event will also feature family workshops and story-telling sessions which will help encourage parents to share quality time with kids through reading.
The brand licensing campaign for The World of Eric Carle is managed in China by licensing company Guangzhou Art-land Holding Company, Ltd. through the worldwide agent, The Joester Loria Group. The latest Eric Carle inspired mall event follows several other successful events in Hong Kong and Foshan.
