Miffy, the world-renowned bunny created by Dutch artist Dick Bruna and San Diego-based Just Peachy, the popular online clothing brand known their enamel pins, clothing, and accessories, have launched an exclusive Miffy collection for young adults. Miffy fans located in the U.S. and Canada can find the collection of apparel and accessories on justpeachyy.com.

Inspired by the internationally recognized, classic character Miffy, and available in a wide range of patterns and prints, the playful and stylish collection features unisex and women’s tees, sweatshirts, hats, bags as well as a camera strap and a mug, all featuring iconic Miffy graphics.

“This wonderfully curated collaboration between Just Peachy and Miffy enables Miffy to be shared with existing Miffy enthusiasts and new fans alike,” said Marja Kerkhof, Managing Director at Mercis bv, Miffy brand’s worldwide licensor. “We are excited about this partnership with Just Peachy, and for Miffy to be embraced by young adults, who as consumers, are on the pulse of the latest in fashion and pop culture.”

Born of a beloved bedtime story tradition between father and son, award-winning illustrator and Miffy creator Dick Bruna has been ‘coloring the worlds’ of readers and viewers with the character for over 65 years. Miffy has grown into a global sensation despite her humble Dutch roots, with over 85 million books sold in more than 50 languages, and broadcast via 70 television stations worldwide.

"We at Just Peachy are huge fans of Miffy, so the chance to work with such an iconic character is a dream to us,” said April Salisbury, CEO, Just Peachy. “We wanted to create memorable pieces that our customers would want to incorporate into their daily wardrobe. The excitement we've received over this collection has far exceeded our expectations and we cannot wait to see how everyone styles their new Miffy pieces."

The partnership was brokered by The Joester Loria Group, North American brand licensing agent for Mercis’ MIFFY & FRIENDS brand.

Quiksilver recently launched their newest collection made in collaboration with Baja-born beer brand Pacifico, through a brand licensing deal brokered by the Joester Loria Group.

The collection includes sustainably-made tees and wovens, boardshorts, hats, flip-flops, a beach towel and a tote bag. Designed with original Quiksilver x Pacifico artwork and using vibrant colorways, the collection is complete with summer staples from sunrise to sunset.

The collaborative capsule has been created with the shared foundation and values of sustainability, surf and adventure. Originally introduced to the U.S. by Californian surfers who visited Baja, Pacifico is rooted in surf culture and embodies the independent, experience-seeking spirit. In pursuit of their mission to protect the environment and ensure access to outdoor adventure for future generations, Pacifico is currently partnering with The Conservation Alliance to preserve North America’s wild landscapes and waterways. With the same sustainability-oriented approach, Quiksilver has been committed to sharing the stoke of surfing since 1969 while preserving our outdoor playgrounds, the mountain and the wave. To date, Quiksilver has repurposed over 245,000,000 plastic bottles and avoided 254,280,089 tons of CO2 emissions through the use of recycled materials, organic cottons, and natural dyes in production.

The new Quiksilver x Pacifico collection perfectly celebrates the rich history of both brands and inspires appreciation of the great outdoors. The capsule includes hats made from NetPlus® by Bureo®, a raw material created from recycled South American fishing nets. From boardshorts made from recycled plastic bottles, hats embroidered with recycled yarns, and tees made with 100% organic cotton, the collection has been thoughtfully designed to minimize its environmental footprint and protect the outdoors. The Quiksilver x Pacifico Collection holds the following sustainable production certifications: GRS Scope Certification, Organic Cotton Certification, UNIFI Recycled Polyester Certification, and NetPlus. Pieces within the Quiksilver x Pacifico Collection range from $28 for flip-flops up to $60 for boardshorts. All products are available via quiksilver.com.

To celebrate the Quiksilver x Pacifico sustainable clothing collection and support the shared goals of protecting the places we play, Quiksilver and Pacifico organized beach cleanups on July 5th at Pacific Palisades, CA and July 9th at Deerfield Beach, FL. The beach cleanups are centered around ensuring that the outdoors and places of adventure are protected and preserved for the next wave of surfers. Anyone over 21 is invited to participate in the beach cleanups.
