The limited-edition collection celebrates the Modelo Fighting Spirit with a silver pendant and bottle opener. The Espíritu Luchador pendant, a symbol of strength, courage, and unwavering determination, is inscribed with the brand’s slogan, “The Fighting Spirit” and features Clocks + Colours four-point star. The Joester Loria Group and Penguin Ventures team up on the World of Eric Carle

The Joester Loria Group, the worldwide brand licensing agency for the World of Eric Carle, has appointed Penguin Ventures, the licensing and consumer products team at Penguin Random House Children’s UK, as its local sub-agent in the United Kingdom, Ireland, and Eire. Penguin Ventures will manage the World of Eric Carle including Carle’s timeless publishing classic, The Very Hungry Caterpillar, from July 1st this year.

The World of Eric Carle, is the award-winning publishing franchise that features timeless stories and iconic characters. With 175 million books sold, the brand has been a staple in schools, libraries, and homes around the world for over three generations. The global consumer products program has experienced exceptional growth in over 45,000 retail locations in 15+ countries.

The Very Hungry Caterpillar is one of the top selling children’s books of all time. It has been translated into 65 languages and has sold over 55 million copies since its publication in 1969.

The Joester Loria Group was in Las Vegas last week for the 2023 edition of Licensing Expo, the world’s largest annual trade show dedicated to licensing and brand extensions. The event connects brand owners and licensing agencies with consumer goods manufacturers, licensees, and retailers. 

The Licensing International Excellence Awards, which honor innovation and creativity in the licensing community across 30 categories, were one of the highlights of the show. JLG’s work on the Funko Digital Pop! NFT with Kellogg’s took home the award in the Digital: Apps, Software, Video Games, and NFTs category.
