As the brand licensing agency for The World of Eric Carle, The Joester Loria Group has partnered the brand with more than 130 consumer products licensees and promotional partners. This holiday season, two toys from The World of Eric Carle’s licensing partner Kids Preferred have received prestigious honors. Kids Preferred is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of plush toys and gifts.

First, The World of Eric Carle Little Artist Super Dough Set from Kids Preferred won a 2016 Best Toy Award from Good Housekeeping. The Good Housekeeping experts reviewed over 500 hundred toys for safety, quality, the ability to spark children’s imaginations and skill-building capabilities. After rigorous testing by their Institute engineers, the toys face their toughest critics – kids. The winners were featured in the magazine’s November 2016 issue. The World of Eric Carle™ Little Artist Super Dough gives kids ages 3 and up the chance to express themselves by molding and folding this colorful non-toxic dough into their favorite shapes and characters from Eric Carle’s timeless stories. The set retails for $23.99 and is available on Amazon.

Additionally, The Very Hungry Caterpillar Ride & Roll was included in The Toy Insider’s 2016 Holiday Gift Guide in the Infants & Toddler category. Unveiled annually, The Toy Insider’s team of industry experts review hundreds of products throughout the year, evaluating each toy for value, originality, skill building, product integrity and fun factor. Suitable for play inside or outside, this colorful toy helps new riders scoot, roll and explore. Recommended for children 12 to 36 months, the toy retails for $49.99 and is available at www.kidspreferred.com and at Barnes & Noble online and retail locations nationwide.

These two new honors are just the latest accolades for The World of Eric Carle’s successful brand licensing program.
