Corona and Reef Celebrate the Spirit of Dia de los Muertos

Constellation Brands has partnered with Reef for a second multi-category apparel line inspired by the Corona brand. Corona x Reef have collaborated on a Dia de los Muertos inspired apparel and footwear collection featuring Corona’s distinctive DDLM skull art, set to launch in October 2018. The line includes men’s board shorts, headwear, women’s flip flops, and Reef’s signature bottle opener sandals and will be available in specialty retailers including Tilly’s, Ron Jon, Zappos, Amazon, independent surf shops and on Reef.com. It follows the successful Corona x Reef collaboration that launched in May 2018, timed with Cinco de Mayo and summer.

Marketing support for the collaboration will include the Corona x Reef launch party on November 1st at Point Break NYC, perfectly timed to celebrate Dia de los Muertos. Attendees will be able to shop the collection, sip Corona beer specials and celebrate the holiday. Online marketing and influencer campaigns will further promote the collaboration.  The partnership was brokered by The Joester Loria Group, Constellation Brands’ licensing agent.

JLG ANNOUNCES FIRST STIKBOT® LICENSEES

Stikbot Brand Licensing Merchandise

The Joester Loria Group, the exclusive brand licensing agent for Zing’s Stikbot, has announced new licensees for the company’s social media action figure star.  The first Stikbot licensees will develop toys and apparel, available at retail beginning Spring 2018 in the U.S. and Canada.

“We announced our Stikbot licensing program at Licensing Expo in June and we’re so excited to announce our first set of licenses that will be ready to hit retail in the Spring of 2018,” said Josh Loerzel, VP of sales and marketing for Zing.  “As Stikbot Central approaches its one millionth subscriber on YouTube, we really see first-hand kids’ engagement with the brand on a regular basis.  We truly believe that the Stikbot merchandise will bring the brand to life in many new ways with kids.”

Stikbot’s new brand extensions include:

  • Plush and figural stretch toys, which may include sound, construction and roleplay items from Basic Fun.
  • Girls, boys and young men’s t-shirts and tops from Hybrid Apparel.

The Joester Loria Group, exclusive licensing agency for PepsiCo, is excited to announce the addition of Bioworld Merchandising, a leader in licensed apparel and accessories.

Bioworld will develop a lifestyle collection of Pepsi and Mountain Dew inspired men’s, women’s, and junior’s apparel and accessories. Launching fall 2017, the extensive collection will feature Pepsi and Mountain Dew’s iconic logos and graphics, influenced by current trends in fashion and pop culture.Tapping into the 90’s trend, Bioworld will launch with Crystal Pepsi themed t-shirts at Nordstrom for the fall 2017 season. In addition, Bioworld is targeting top retail distribution across all channels including; mass, department, specialty and online.

Bioworld’s PepsiCo collection is just the latest addition to the brand’s licensing portfolio. Other recent brand partnerships include Knockaround Sunglasses and STORY.
